Is this a misprint card?

Hi,

I recently found my old pokemon cards in the loft for when I was very young. Looking back at them brought back memories when I noticed a card seemed off which I never noticed when I was younger. Can anyone tell if this is a misprint on the cards name in the top right or if its nothing. Much appreciated

This was kind of common on Jungle cards, I have a jigglypuff with a similar mark but in red, it's not a misprint (that denotes a card that went to print with an error, ie a spelling mistake like FR LG Drowzee, which all read Drowsee) but it is a printing error. It's likely caused by a clogged nozzle on the printer or something that caused a bit of excess spent ink to spurt out.
