4th Gen Is this bad or good?

So I have a GBA emulator on my phone
on it is pokemon emerald, so I can use pokesav to copy my pokemon from emerald on my actual Heartgold, just as if it was a 'trade'

would you say my pokemon are hacked and this is bad and I should not do this
or i can re-unite my pokemon on Heartgold with the same stats they had on emerald?

It's good in my opinion as long as the stats are completely unmodified, so go for it!

Yeah, it is all good if you keep it like it is, no modifications to the Pokemon(s) stats.
