Is this card fake?

It is super dark, there are typos in places, and it looks slightly different. Got it off ebay.

I bought a M Gengar Ex on Ebay. When it arrived it looked weird. Really dark to the point I can hardly read parts. Can barely make out Pokemon 2015 in the bottom right. I have a 2nd copy and they look completely different. Fonts are different, there is a typo in the Mega Evolution section. I am pretty sure it is a fake, but would like a confirmation.

Definitely a fake. The fonts I can actually read/see are off.
