Is this card fake?

Hi,

So I've just been going through my old Pokemon card collection and I've come across this really weird card. Its supposed to be a Vaporeon card but it has a Jynx on it instead. The HP is 850 and the moves are 130+. Not entirely sure whether its real or not. Can anyone enlighten me at all?

It is definitely a fake. The 850 HP is a tell, as is the fact that it's got all the traits of a Vaporeon card but has a Jynx image on it. Also the font the "Jynx" name on the card in is weird.

Probably a few others, but those are what stand out.
