Is this..cheating, or very unfair?

Okay..I'd like to add a Swalot on my team - with a very unique moveset..

I want him / her to hold Black Sludge.
Moveset to be: Yawn, Dream Eater, Toxic, and Ice Beam.

So, I'd use toxic first, then yawn to put the opponent to sleep. Then you know, dream eater and such..And if I get damaged before hand, I'd use the black sludge to regain HP.

Is that..like..unfair? Or considered cheating? I know about the Sleep Cause, so I wouldn't put more than one pokemon to sleep at a time.

(and on a completely unrelated note - does anyone know why my signature will not show up..? It's the correct size, and it's from a link off of my Photobucket account.)

There's a problem already, you can't inflict two major status conditions at once. Sleep and Badly Poisoned are both major, so it's one or the other.
