Is this rare or fake need help

Need help on this I cant find anything regarding the way this card was made its a 2nd edition Charizard but all the fonts are bold like noticeable bold, Its real and still hasn't been touched in 10 years I owned it. I actually compared it too many online pics and people selling them on ebay not one looks like it.

Not sure how valuable it would be, but looks to me like the text and symbols were double-printed.

Thank you that was helpful but mine is still full on bold text and still haven't seen something like it especially from a 2nd edition set
