Those are fairly rare, but they're not worth terribly much, since most non-Japanese collectors don't seek rare Japanese cards.

As long as it's in the original promo binder, it's worth about $15. You might not see them around too much, but they are fairly common in Japan.

Im not sure about value, but they are probably pretty rare. As a collector, I would be proud to own those. :)
