You can beat the E4 using any set of Pokemon.

I would have liked Moxie on Scrafty instead, but it's also level 50 at this point.
Chandelure has too many Fire-typed moves, which is okay, but you really have no reason to use Flame Burst anymore.

As for the Elite Four itself, your team can take care of them easily.

For Shauntal, your Leavanny should be able to set up on Cofagrigus (careful of Will-o-Wisp) and sweep with Shadow Claw, but obviously watch your 4x weakness to Chandelure's Fire Blast. Your own Chandelure is going to get owned because it's not that fast for a Ghost-type, but you may be able to get a hit or two in with Shadow Ball. Eelektross can take out Jellicent. Samurott can take out Golurk and Chandelure. Scrafty can take out everything, but watch out for Golurk's Brick Break, Cofagrigus' Will-o-Wisp, etc.

Grimsley is a joke, honestly. After Scrafty is out, you have a clean sweep to victory. Wall Liepard with Excadrill (you'll miss your first turn to Fake Out), as well as Bisharp. Scrafty can take out Scrafty and Krookodile.

Caitlin's Reuniclus can't hurt Leavanny too bad (except with Psychic), so you can try using X-Scissor on it. The rest of her Pokemon know Shadow Ball, though, so watch your Chandelure. Beat Sigilyph with Eelektross.

    cbf Marshal. I'm tired.

Tip for Marshal, a couple o his pokemon have the ability Sturdy which can be a pain in the ass, the best way I can see you dealing with this is giving your Excadrill Rock Helmet to hold and set up a SD whilst they go for a physical attack, loosing health to rocky helmet so you can clean up without them hanging on with Sturdy. Just an idea of the top of my head though.

As for Chandelure as Gymnotide so you don't need all those fire type moves, if you have the TM's I suggest you teach it Energy Ball and Psychic for way more coverage. (:
