That I know of, yes it is.. some people argue that Serebii is bigger, but we do have more members, and more activity most of the time.
I have yet to find an English Pokemon forum that's bigger than PC. xD
Nowww, with that out of the way, I wanna say that New Users / Welcome IS an area for new members to come and post, but the threads made here are supposed to be for newbies to introduce themselves. That said, it's not really the place for question threads. D: Due to the rules, I'll have to close this one, but feel free to make an actual introduction thread whenever you'd like. :D
