My friend has been saying to me that after Diamond and Pearl ? That there will be a new series set back when Professor Oak was a trainer, I don't know if it is true or not so I was hoping you guys could tell me if it is or not, and if it is true if you could tell me some information about it.

Sorry to tell ya, but your friend is lying. There has been nothing said at all about a new series starring a younger Professor Oak. :/

Yup, no news as of yet about a new series. You can tell him that there was the younger Professor Oak in the 4th movie(time travel stuff), but that's that about a younger him. XD Just Ash, Dawn(newest girl), and Brock for now.

Yeah, I don't really like Dawn much, I hope so much they bring back Misty, those 3 were awesome.
It would be like the first season again but heaps more pokemon.

If there were to be an adventure like this and it wasn't to be held in Pokémon Chronicles but its own series a lot of people might have heard about it quite a few months back too. xD

Yeah, I won't repeat what's already been said.. xD; There will a series have DP, but something tells me that they wouldn't get rid of Ash. Even though they should.. or just.. keep him, and find some other way to make the series more amusing. nn;
