I heard that in colosseum if your game has been hacked, it will erase your data is this true because i have:
    :mew2: :king: :9: :13: :11: :7: :mew: :fr: :17: :10: :5: :dragonite :snea: :1: :4: :3: and those r just some. is this true? Please tell me i'm going 2 buy the game

It will probably only detect obvious cheats that you could see simply by playing the game. For example, if you have many, many Masterballs.

Those monsters will be obtainable in Fire Red & Leaf Green, which is compatable with Coliseum, Ruby, and Sapphire. You should be okay unless you have illegal moves and/or illegal places to capture the monsters. For example, if you hava a Charmander caught at 101 with Bubblebeam, then it may detect your cheating.

does this include hacking guys from eggs? like, everyone in my last message?

What?!?!?!? You mean that's true?!?!?!? Crap... I hope it's not true... I have an Action Replay, and I wanted to use it maybe...

It may be true. There was a limited amount of cheat detection in the Stadium series, so there would likely be some in Coliseum. If you use the Action Replay to get things that could be obtained normally, such as a Lv100 Metagross with legal moves, then there shouldn't be a problem.

doubt it...but you never know what evil Nintendo might do to us for cheating pokemon into the games!!! but i dont think it will erase your game, but if it does...SUE!!! XD j/k :P

Illegal moves--no This is incase they *do* decide to give Charmander Bubblebeam at NYC. Crazy, but there are some very stupid ones on GSC
Illegal Items--no What if I got those in the lottery? Very unfair.
Illegal EVs--maybe. RS doesn't seem to do anything about over 512 EVs, but Colosseum might

this does concern me... not for me but my cuzin. he said hes gettin colluseum. and he has almost all the pokemon *rbygsc* i dont know.... more soon!

True, but if someone has a pocket full of Masterballs, it's pretty likely that person has been cheating. Then again, who's to say how many item constitutes cheating? I'm not so worried that Coliseum will try to detect cheated items; however, it is a possibility.

well if you cant cheat then im guessing if i try my Red or my Gold then ill be erased! cause i used the Missingno. cheat for Red and the multiplying cheat for my gold! but my BY, SC, and RS are cwean! :D :donut:

I think there's been some misinterpretation of which games are compatable with Coliseum. On https://pokemon-games.com , it does say under the connectivity section: "... You can also trade Pok?mon you've snagged and purified from Pok?mon Colusseum onto your Pok?mon Ruby or Sapphire Game Pak. That includes your old friends from Pok?mon Gold And Silver!" This is refrerring to the mosters you can obtain in Coliseum and trade to Ruby and Sapphire, not that you can link with Gold and Silver games to the GCN.

It does indeed detect EVs over 510 and says those Pok?mon are bad EGGs. However they remain okay on the cart. Now if you have a hacked Pok?mon but its EVs are 510 or less, it'll let it through. You can't register Deoxys for use in the Battle Mood though.

u cant register deoxys? that means u cant use it in the game right?
would it detect if i have about 80 master balls in my pack?

No, I have tested many games that have all sorts of cheats used on them (with the use of the AR). One had many more than 80 Masterballs, and nothing happened. You should be fine.

As for Deoxys, it is likely similar to Mewtwo in the older Stadium series: you just can't use it in certain areas of the game.

i have a code breaker. is a game consedered haked if a game is coneced to the codebreaker, turned on, but never used to play a game with cheats active?

    Quick answer: no.

Coliseum will not detect many codes that can be used with cheat devices, CodeBreaker or otherwise. Just use common sense as to which codes would be detected. For example, don't pull out a Lv255 Mewtwo with String Shot. A general rule of thumb is: "If you would be able to tell that you've been cheating just by looking at your item pockets, monsters, et cetera, then don't use that/those code(s)."
