Is Umbreon still used?

When it comes to walls people never suggest Umbreon anymore. I don't see it on anyone's teams either. I've also seen people in the forums say that Umbreon isn't as strong in DP.

Why is Umbreon used so much less now? What are the big disadvantages it has? How viable is it in ML + Toxic role? How viable in a curse + Pass role?

i dunno.. i have both an espion and an umbreon on my team and i find them both brilliant.. so yeah

Due to dominating fighting moves in DP like Close Combat and increase in bug moves it has become too tedious to actually make him work.

Close Combat hasn't really been given to THAT many Pokemon. I hardly find it a problem, except on Heracross and Staraptor. I don't see a whole lot of it anywhere else, maybe a few Zangoose here and there.

Still, it lures in stat increasers like Garchomp, Gyarados, etc.. But fighting is the dominating move type in DP as so much is hurt by it, so Umbreon is still hard to use.
