[General] ISO Gligar & Cramorant

Hi!
I'm new here but I'm looking for a gligar and a cramorant in pokemon scarlet/violet to finish my kitakami pokedex.
Stats or anything are completely irrelevant, I just need them for the pokedex entry!
Cramorant can be a tradeback, Gligar I need to keep for Gliscor.
Any help would be appreciated:)
