what u need for your lugia? i have:

ev-train pokemon like dragonite,togekiss,skarmony,gyrados. NEW: 10 anniv jap mew, kyrogre, articuno,registeel and pokemon ranger manaphy and any breedable pokemon i can bred for u.

@ Soulless, if i give you a forretress, will you EV train it in Special Defense, and in Defense?(252 in both) then trade it back to me?
