    Someone help me here with an item ball event...
    I know how to give the player an item, but when I use a control self switch it disappears from the map?
    I know you have to add a self switch A = on, + a blank page. but when I do that the item ball disappears in game before I get an item from it?
     
    Essentials comes packaged with a couple of examples of item balls, and the wiki describes with both words and pictures how to make them.

    The simplest way is to make a new event, give it the correct graphic and the name Item:POTION, and let the game turn it into a proper item ball for you.
     
    Make sure you compile the game. Try closing the project and opening it again, and see if the event's contents change.

    Ok, for some reason, that worked man, thanks. I just closed and opened the project. weird thing:)
