[Scripting Question] Item based on Pokémon and random amount given at beginning of battle

    Edit: May have already been solved elsewhere. Just need to test code
    I am trying to do a script using Deluxe Battle kit where it activates an event that gives items at the beginning of all battles aside from legendary ones. The items would all have the name of a Pokémon and then data at the end. Like, for example, Passimian Data. What I need is a way to have it give the specific items depending on all opposing Pokémon as well as generating a random number between 5-20 as the quantity you can get in a battle. Would anyone be able to help me with this?
