What is the recommended level to evolve my Eevee at and which element i should go for first?

Also, how many steps does it take to hatch an Eevee egg?

    AAAGH! Too many questions! >.<

I don't really think what level you evolve it at matters, except for moveset purposes, but it depends on the Eeveelution...and the number of steps doesn't really matter. Just get a flame body poke and it won't take long.

Meh, I'm gonna clone it and evolve it into all its forms heheh... ;)

You know, you can find wild Eevees too, desu. But they're rare... XP

I would recommend glacion since it has an awesome base sp. attck (120 or something I think) and makes good sp.sweeper

Vaoreon and jolteon are the best...all can learn wish as an egg move, utilize that.

If you want something that actually works it's pretty much a choice of Vaporeon, Umbreon or - possibly - Jolteon. Most eeveelutions fail miserably, either by movepool or statline (or, in some cases, both). Glaceon has great SAtk and SDef, but its crappy HP and Speed combined with its dismal special movepool make both these strengths moot and Leafeon suffers from much the same problem except that it's on the physical side, and Flareon is the saddest thing gameplay-wise since Delibird and Unown. EDITNESS: Fine, since a certain smarty-pants moveset mod pointed it out to me: Espeon has gone up to useful with the addition of special Shadow Ball and Grass Knot to its movepool. Usually, there are far more interesting and effective pokémon choices than eeveelutions, though.

I was gonna say that >.> xD

Anyhow, as for level, I should think that evolving it at the earliest possibility would be the best. So, Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon should be evolved at level one. Espeon and Umbreon at level two, and the others as low level as you can get them. That way, they can learn attacks from earlier levels. I would certainly recommend breeding an Eevee before evolving one.
