Since I played Crystal. So, I've decided to restart and well..
(This is for in game btw, I just wanted it to look more...like...attractive :P )

Not sure on this, as last time I played Crystal I had Sunny Day, Solarbeam, Synthesis and... Cut :P
Oh well, which one, Reflect+Light Screen or Synthesis over them? Or should I go for another completely different Sunnybeamer set?

Um? IIRC Lapras is Ice+Water. And even if it is a Rock type, well, Electric does normal damage to Rock. It's Ground that resists Electric.. Thanks for the suggestion though. Anything else?

Are you using an emulator for Crystal? I know this is not really relevant to the question, but unless you are, or have already replaced your save battery, the game's days are numbered. I just thought I'd mention this, since I went back to my old cartridge a few months ago, only to find that it could no-longer save. Apparently, this has happened to most of the second generation games. ...just make sure it will keep working before you start a new game, it's depressing to lose all your hard work. (I speak from experience.)

That never happened to me, I've had Gold for over 8-9 years and it never had one malfunction. Ever.

I like it, perhaps evolve Slowbro into Slowking if you really want a heavy hit taker.

I used to think that Slowbro evolve into Slowking too, but then I realized that Slowpoke's evolution actually branched into two, not Slowpoke->Slowbro->Slowking. Or did you mean evolve Slowpoke into Slowking?
