You'd be right. The only shiny Mew you can get that is legit is the Old Sea Chart Mew which was only distributed to japanese players. Not to mention your Mew was caught at level 38, while the Old Sea Chart Mew is at level 30.

First I meant to say 37, lol. Secondly, you're right, I forgot Pal Parked things don't have the "apparently met" part.

Regardless, the missing japanese name means it's hacked.
