Well...My area where I live is many farmland with a bit of forest, but the main thing is that three or so coal fired power plants. Its is rather warm as well...

There would most likely be Jolteon in the surrounds of my hometown if there were any eeveelutions.

I'd definitely say Leafeon

Btw, I bred 17 Eevees last night, taking my total up to 32

Well it couldent evolve into glaceon for sure but if there were various stones laying around it could evolve maybe by steping on it

Hmm... I seem to have gotten a new contest I idea...

Recolor the eeveelutons (or as many as you want) to their oppisite types
ex. water and fire are oppisites
Grass and electric,
dark and psychic
and ice has no oppisite of eeveelutions. But lets just use eevee and ice.
