It is totally legit, caught as shiny at lvl. 18 (so still fairly low level) ev trained moreso in SpAtk I think, w/ timid nature (305 SpAtk!) and trained up to Lv. 100, has 8 ribbons incase your interested in that kind of thing ? :P
