    Hi, I know what IVs are
    but I only have a couple of questions.

    (If im not in the right thread, please tell me where I can post this)

    First is how I can check on my Pokes IVs, I know that I can use a IV calculator but I dont know the exact steps I must take to start breeding.
    It would also help if someone could tell me how to actually IV breed.
     
    To check a pokemons IVs, you have to do an IV battle. You take a newly hatched pokemon into a level 100 wifi battle (you'll need a friend for this) and enter its stats into an IV calc, which will give you your pokemon's IVs.

    IV breeding is a bit more complicated, but you can ask any specific questions in our Request a Moveset / Simple Q&A / Breeding Questions thread.
