Concerning the serebii IV forum it works for all levels right?

Also when it says math.floor that means round correct?

If you have a better IV forumula i would much like it.

The result would be more accurate if your pokemon were at higher levels. Math.floor means you round down. 3.4293 math.floor would be 3 whereas math.ceiling would be round up. There are better ways to calculate. Metalkid's IV Calculator is among the popular as it does the calculations for you.

I thought EVs come out the same no matter what level you get them on.

There's a difference between IVs and EVs. IVs are predetermined and uneditable once you obtain the Pokemon, and they vary from Pokemon to Pokemon (there is no way to boost IVs, unlike EVs can). EVs are determined by you. You get IVs when you obtain a Pokemon, and you gain EVs when you train a Pokemon.

And like IVs, EVs affect the stat relative to the level. So if you were on Lv100, EVs would have half the value they would on Lv100, however they increase with the Pokémon's level. Oh and clade, you might want to point them in the right direction for Metalkid's IV Calc: Visit it Here

Yeah i understand what Iv and Ev's are but i just wanted a better formula to calculate them, it make raising pokemon a bit easier if i can predict its Iv when its level 6 then when its half trained at lvl 50...
