Welcome back to PC, jib.
I've seen how PC looked back in 07' and it looks noticeably different (Not just the default layout, more than that).
It might take a day or so for you get used to the new PC, but hopefully you'll stay and make up for lack of any posting aside from your 07' posts.
Be sure to read the rules, FAQ, and announcements and have fun while your at it.
