I think that might be a problem your end, when bakabt torrents des they get taken down, also i downloaded iy yesterday at normal speed. If you don't find it anywhere else i'd try that one again later or tomorrow.

I've read the comments also, and it seems like I'm not the only one, oh well, I'll try it later on then.

Anyways, the Eng. Dub for GITS is really good. A bit better then the Jap. audio in my own opinion.

How would you compare that anime to other romance anime? Unless it's not romance and I'm just forgetting things here.

It's not a romance series, more a fantasy, slice of life drama. There could be romance later on but i can't see it. Strangely enough it gives off a similar feeling to Spice and Wolf due to it's atmosphere. Very pretty character design...

and a decent OST.

If my early suspicions are right it may also be comparable to Angel Beats but that may not happen.

No not really, some of the missions they go on are kinda, but for the most part no.
