It is actually quite hard to pick your favourites, i suspect most of you are like me and if you were asked on different days the list would be a bit different.

I'm in an indifferent mood today and this would be my top 10.

1 - Clannad ~ After Story ~
2 - Welcome To The NHK!
3 - Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom
4 - Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai
5 - Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
6 - Black Lagoon
7 - Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann
8 - Koi Kaze
9 - Azumanga Daioh
10 - 5 Centimeters per Second

As i thought it's difficult to make a top 10, from my 9s alone this list is missing Clannad, Grave of the Fireflies, Bakemonogatari, Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu, Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch, Spice & Wolf and finally Spirited Away.

Oh and my why did i even bother anime would be Tenkuu Danzato Skelter Heaven, Eiken, Kemeko DX, Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai, ChäoS;HEAd and both seasons of Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan.

My one favorite anime will always be Bakemonogatari,

second with Fairy Tail, then comes Durarara, and Madoka.

I'm a sucker for an anime with good character development. My manga list favorite is different though.
 
I'll be starting Fairy Tail soonish, downloaded a load of episodes the other day. Seems like the sort of thing i'd like to marathon.

My tastes for manga are also pretty varied. Yotsuba&!, Bakuman!, Deadman Wonderland, Welcome to the NHK and Oretama were my favourites last time i updated that bit of my Mal. Since then i've read a lot more though.

Oh, good. I also marathoned Fairy Tail. You will not be disappointed.

I can't say that my taste for manga is pretty varied since most of them are shounen series. Bakuman., TWOGK, Fairy Tail, Beezlebub, Eden no Ori are the ones I'm currently following.

My all time favorite manga is Onani Master Kurosawa, though. :DD
 
I was hella-surprised when i read Onani Master Kurosawa, i totally thought it would be straight up comedy. The development and depth were really good.

Ah, TWOGK is really good as is Eden No Ori. Other than those two and i've already mentioned I look forward to quite a few every week/month. To LOVE-Ru Darkness, Umi no Misaki, HOTD, depending on the arc Naruto and Bleach are also a good way to waste 5 mins. Actually this list doesn't show a lot of variety....erm i'm also really enjoying Junai Labyrinth, Kimi ni Todoke and of course cardcaptors ^_^

Oh, yes. I heard that Cardcaptors is messed up. I'm so glad I watched Cardcaptor Sakura - Animax dubbed. It stayed true to the original and such. :D
 
Wait, i thought it was just an abbreviation. Doh.

Well anyway i'm reading it now as 70 episodes is a lot of CCS, 50 chapters won't take too long to get through. I kinda wish i had watched it as a kid, my masculinity didn't let me although in a household that consisted of little sister and mother i'm sure it wouldn't have been laughed at.

Just stumbled across this, was always planning on watching but this really does look interesting. Also found a live version of the song, Hacking In To The Gate, not excited about many but this I am.

Indeed, you read any of it?, I was going to but that sort of thing i enjoy more in it's anime form.

Yet again i can't be bothered to watch any of the non airin series. I started Darker Than Black and Noir in the last few days, enjoyed the opening 2 and 3 episodes but just cant be bothered. -.- .... I guess i'll have new PreCure ep to watch in a little while.
 
When you say that you should add something you want to talk about. ;)

I've got to be up early tomorrow so it's probably not a good idea for me to watch Pretty Cure all night is it?....ok just a few episodes.

Nah, I've heard good things from it, and nitroplus is a pretty big game producer, so i look forward to it.

Actually, I was expecting you guys to go "WTF you've never watched [insert anime here]!? Go watch it now!" Which would have been a good indication of which of the shows you're talking about are actually worth watching.

I guess none of them were that great though. :P

I watched DBZ Kai until the end of the Frieza arc. That's it. lol
 
Why anybody would want to willingly subject themselves to Noir is beyond me. It's boring, pretentious, poorly written, self-indulgent garbage.

Darker Than Black, on the other hand, I have no real problem with. It's somewhere on my "to-watch" list, but I simply can't be bothered to actually get around to it.
 
Wow, and I thought Star Driver had only leveled up it's fabulous factor a little, even the characters are noticing the fabulous factor now
