Back. ;) You might remember a certain "Typhlomence". That would be~~ me. Okay, I had quite an unsuccessful attempt at keeping one of these open. Won't happen again.... hopefully. There are heaps of people that are far better than me when it comes to banner-making, so please don't get angry if my work.... er... sucks. It's up to you to wait while I finish, because I'm now experimenting like hell to change my invariably boring style XD Okay, time for the request form; copy and paste the following form into your post and fill it in, They are not all case-sensitive. Here's a little message that should not be ignored. Make a vague request if you want; it'll be ignored. SUPPLY ME WITH IMAGES! Don't just say "meh, something cool". I'll ignore the person that is foolish enough to do that.

Direct linking
Direct linking is not permitted. IE, you are not to use the links I provide you with. You are to upload these files via the image or the URL, in either an image-hosting account, or your hardrive, then you may directly upload it into your hardrive. Exemptions from this restriction can be requested for a maximum of ONE month.

Alterations
Alterations can be made, if desired by the customer, within ten days after the making of the banner; banner-files over ten days old will be deleted to prevent hardrive-cluttering.

Credit
For everyone that uses these banners, credit is a necessity. Just a small "Thanks to Jae-kun" in size 1 font will suffice. TIME TO REQUEST~~~​

30th October 2006 - 20th of November 2006
First Update: Request limit reduced to 2 until the 20th of November, on account of the end-of-year examinations approaching. Revision is a necessity, so I can spare time for a maximum of TWO people at any one time. Thanks for your patience~

VK, Awesome, that's perfect, but the background, if you want yellow and white in it, will have to be slightly different to the Latias one. Anywho, bear with me, I'll have it done soon.

I believe you were asking for a variation in the colour scheme, so I made another theme, identical, but with different colours. The white-only scheme would have beem incredibly, in fact painfulyl bright, and it would have been impossible to discern the minute details of the banner. Anywho~
