Oh yeah. XD
Um, well when you turn 14 1/2 yu can sign up for a class called Drivers Education, and that teaches you about the road signs, and pretty much everything about driving. Then you read alot about he stuff. Then at the end of the course you take the final exam. And if you pass the final exam, you get to drive for the driving part of the class. And if you pass the drivingpart the teacher that drives with you gives you some kind of certificate saying that you have passed drivers education, and when you turn 15 you got to the Department Of Motorvehicles (DMV) and get your Permit. And a permit is a little thingy that allows you to drive under adult supervision and such. Then when you turn 16 you get your license. And then you can drive on your own. Kinda weird but, hey.
Hows it work over in England?
