Red: 151
Green: 135
Blue: 210

It's weird; sometimes it looks blue, other times it looks purple, but I think it's blue overall. =3

It looks purple in the show, whenever I Photoshop it though (like in my sig) it turns out looking blue, so I dunno. xD I voted purple.

Towards the start of the anime it looked undeniably blue, from what I remember.. now days, it really looks purple. A light shade, but still purple.

Even in the picture SL posted, look at his hair color, in comparison to the blue sky behind him. o_o
