his voice was awesome, funny, and better before they changed voice actors..now he just sounds plain stupid to me, not even funny anymore. Team Rocket is still my favorite ever, but not this generation :(

Okay:

Pokémon USA, now The Pokémon International Company, took 4Kids rights to the animé. Supposedly, the voice actors couldn't work on the show for a few years so they had to recast.
