Inuyasha can blow Samara apart with his Backlash Wave. Kagome can riddle her with arrows. Miroku can suck her up in his Wind Tunnel. Sango can beat her to death with her Hiraikotsu.

As for the zombies, well...Inuyasha and his comrades will do just nicely against them. Either them or Kazuma, Ryuho, Ayase, and a bunch of other Alter users. I'd deploy Gundams and Evangelions, but that would be considered overkill.
