Japanese Team Rocket Original Booster Packs

Hi all,

First time noob poster so please go easy :laugh-squinted:

Recently rekindled my love for Pokemon cards and looking to start a collection.

Currently looking to purchase some Japanese Team Rocket Booster Packs via EBay.

There seem to be packs with 291 Yen & 300 Yen on them.

Is there any difference? I assume yen is the price but is there a more valuable set out the 2 of them?

Apologies, as I basically know nothing about the actual retail boosters in Japan. My guess is that the higher price one is from a later print run? I have no idea tbh. Would need to research and I have no idea where to even begin as I basically don't collect any Japanese cards outside of a select few that catch my eye.
