Well as the title says, if any of you played the Japanese copy of the games post any changes you've noticed along the story line or just little tweaks in the game that you've seen since playing.

One big one for me is that uhm, The game corner? Yeah, that's gone. ._.
And Clair wants you to go see her in her Gym now, rather just wait for you.

the coin case is not found in the underground...the man in the game corner gives it to u

Apparently the rival's name went from ??? (Japanese) to Passing Boy or something in HGSS English.

oooh i have been waiting for a thread like this!
ok i don't know if any of these are changes from the Japanese version but i know they were in the original GSC: at goldenrod's gym the guy at the door says: "you won? wow (or awesome or something)! I was too busy watching the POWERFUL TRAINERS", he had said "beautiful girls", the sign at the game corner says: "a safe a secure playground" when i know for a fact it is "the adult playground" in GSC and probably in the japanese version too.

The first fight with the rival in Japanese he says he is so cool look at his trainer card... in English he says oh noes my trainer card you saw my name!

A badass like Silver wouldn't care if you saw his name...

well, green's name is blue, but that was in the original gs. But i still think its silly....
