I try to always answer quiz questions without do research but this one is really hard. In serebii.net's dex it's Hassamu.

Hey Pokemon_Veteran, what do you think Reputation Points are? They are not there just to show that you like someone, this isn't their purpose! When you see a post which you like, and which makes the user who posted a better person (to you) you add him a Reputation Point, what shows that he's a person who deserves to be respected. Please, don't do this anymore.
