Jessie is just a misguided person. She can achieve something if she worked hard on it.(like in the Chansey nursing school).

Jessie. She's actually a nice person, as seen in the Blissey episode. That episode made me cry. Also, she has way more cooler Pokemon.

James, he was always a nicer, funny laid back person. And it seemed he shared a close bond with his pokemon especially Weezing. He wasn't all bad. Only when it came down to Team Rocket business because thats just them. As an individual he would be a really cool person to meet it seems.

Jessie was just a cool character...I've always liked strong women, and even though she always loses, it seems whenever TR ever did anything right it was Jessie who pulled it off. I always found James to be just...lame.

Although deep down they both have shown shades of good, I think they have made a great team together along with Meowth and then soon after Wobuffet added humor to it as well. Even though they always failed, they always had each others back. Even though at times it seems like Jesse and James would ditch Meowth but when it mattered, they are a great team.

You can't have one without the other, they just play off each other nicely, but I like James more, his voice in the first season <3 but I do see him as pathetic really, Jessie is strong willed and actually helps pull the lazy pair (meowth and James) off of their butts and into positive thinking. I think without Jessie they would've given up on getting that yellow rat ages ago. They do have a nice side, that's how people can relate to them, they're doing bad things because that's what they think they are expected to do, what else is there for them?

Who doesn't like seeing James get eaten/beat up by his pokemon? <3
