    I just got a Jirachi, and I'm just curious, what does "Serene Grace" do?
     
    it doubles the chances of added effects. so jirachi's thunder will have 60% chance of paralyzing, or ancient power has a 20% chance of upping stats, as opposed to 30% and 10% respectively.
     
    And other Pokemon can have the ability, too. Like Blissey and Dunsparce. So it's not just a legendary-exclisive albility, like Drought with Groudon or Air Lock with Rayquaza.
     
    Legendaries don't get everything exclusive just to them. They are still pok?mon you know XD. Well the question has been answered.
