Hi ji. I have a quick question. Are pokes like my noctowl lv 6 any rarer than one that evolved when it should have?
Also, do you have a dusk stone you would be willing to trade?
 
If you do would you trade it for the noctowl? Or something else? I really need one to evolve my murkrow. In hg, I don't know why, murkrow is the only poke I use. It was at level 35 before the 4th gym.
