[Scripting Question] Job board like in Mystery Dungeon

i want this to be a major feature in my essentials game, but i'm new to essentials from ROM hacking so i'm wondering how i'd set this up. any help would be appreciated

Easy, make 2 array, one of missions and another of flags. Make a script which displays 3 of them at a time. When a mission is completed, the script should take the index of the mission completed and make that flag index true. When the script runs again, it should display 3 more missions and exclude the ones which have been completed.
