Since there are no sprites for Yvetal and Xerneas, you will have to browse deviantART, find one you like, and ask the owner if you can use it. Sorry, don't want to steal a sprite and don't have the skill to make my own.
 
Hey JoeyHugg I have a small request if you can do it, It's a user bar for my hack I'm working on it features Latios and Latias so I was hoping to get a userbar that says something like "Pokemon Blazing Blue with Latias and Latios it would be so cool if you could and I'll credit you for the userbar.

Of course I can do that! What colors do you want in the background, (I can do a solid color, a gradient, or a mix of two colors) and do you want two separate userbars (one for latios, one for latias) or one big one?

You're going to have to supply me with one. As soon as you do, I can make it.
 
Oh, right. I suppose since Sylveon is a newer Pokemon and XY hasn't quite been released, it wouldn't have an official sprite yet, would it?

There's a png of Sylveon (meaning, just the Sylveon no background). I guess that's kinda close to a sprite although you'd have to shrink it down? I'm not sure if that will suffice, but I suppose if not, I could look a little harder.

Froakie and Frogadier don't have sprites yet. If you can get permission for custom sprites, I'll make them.
