The Lance sprite is meant to be centred in the first comic, as the charchters should have more freedom instead of sticking to one box each time.

I felt that the newsreader is placed very accurately, as they normally sit to one side to allow for captions or Pictures.
 
I think he means that the sprites themselves.

Either he doesn't like the sprite generation (I like G/S/C, 'tis my favorite, that's why everyone makes remakes of it, and not yellow), or he doesn't like the sprites. You could edit one or two of them, I guess.
Go for it, man! I'm waiting for an update on this one ..
 
Yeah, weekends are for updates, now and then you may get one in the week, but only occassionly.
