2nd Gen Johto's Cutest Pokemon

The anime really capitalized on the Johto starters and Togepi's cuteness. Other candidates are Hoppip/Jumpluff, Marill/Azumarill, Bellossom, Pichu, Mareep/Flaaffy, Phanpy and Teddiursa.

Both Igglybuff and Cleffa are cute, but I prefer Jigglypuff and Clefairy. Game Freak tried a little too hard with those two.
