hm.. yeah what should I do, have like the top 25 members buttons up there, and like 25 links and the rest in a drop down menu?
 
Well, how are you deciding the "top 25 members"? Try and leave it so you don't have to scroll, so you probably won't be able to fit top 25. I think if you can work out how to code it, what would be nice is to randomise however many buttons, then have the rest in a drop-down menu. And also have a page that lists all the sites and their webmasters.
