Well, other than the fact that you abused the hell out of Chikorita's name and the fact that Chikorita doesn't get any Chlorophyll support, this wouldn't work too horribly as an in-game Chik set. Then again, the AI are complete morons, so even Psychic on Umbreon can own opponents.
