Too lazy to check iv's :) Moveset is Rest, Toxic, Stealth Rock, Protect.
Memorized, my favorite stall pokemon :) Protect to scout moves, toxic, then protect and rest away :)

I am doing a trade with Kaylabby tomorrow, so it's kinda ify. How about a trade with my Shiney sandslash with your shiney Ho-oh. Does that work at all?

252 Def 252 Sp Def, 4 Hp, Really sorry :) But mine has the best moveset of the Shuckle here, that wasnt it's moveset when I got it
 
What do you think about the Ho-Oh trade? I can get a shiney mewtwo somewhere else.
