Kydle how can you get a shiny charizard from Hoenn?

Super ok sure but i am trading the modest nature eevee now. i got other natures if you want.

If it was hatched in an egg it will say from a day care couple. so no ty kydl i am still trading my Shiny eevee!!

Can you clone? If so, I would like two Shiny Modest Eevees, but only if you will clone the Pokemon I send you, and give me back the original.

I have a shiny Turtwig and a shiny Mudkip.

He's talking about it hatched in Hoenn. My hatched bulbasaur from kanto said it's from kanto, but the charizard's OT is Tumbly correct?
