[Graphics] JPAN - Setting Dynamic Overworlds don't actually do anything?

    I set the variables as outlined in the instruction manual in order to get dynamic OWs. The script executes in a completely different room before the OW is encountered.

    Code:
    setflag 0x4081 0x100
    Sets the OW with table FF and ID 1 to Table 1, ID 0, right? Nope, it just shows up as a regular hero sprite. Please note that when I directly make the OW table 1 ID 0 the OW renders my custom sprite.

    Is there a step I'm missing here? I've also tried setting the hero's sprite with var 0x4054 and that has no effect either. I might be missing something because not all the pictures in the manual loaded correctly.
