I can usually look at things with an un-bias and fair view. BUT, can you honestly say that you believe saying things such as "I should be you into submission" or "I haven't gotten my lick on her yet" after the mom already hit her is in line? Or how about the fact that he said (paraphrasing) "From now on, this is your punishment." and Let's not forget about the fact that she had cerebral palsy.

Occurred in 2004, video just released. So technically, this is news to us.

That said, youtube is NOT a reliable source of information.
 
I think you might've skipped over the post where I mentioned that he was interviewed and admitted to it.

Obviously he's not a very good judge, especially of reasonable punishment.
 
Oh my God, what is this? This is child abuse o____o That video actually made me angry and shaky. How is this even legal? Criminal charges ARE being pressed for this, right?
 
Let's also talk about the mother. She told the girl sit there and "take it like a grown woman".

The woman is a hypocrite, but in her defense she probably would've gotten beat up if she tried to stop the guy. He mad.
