Seeing as how the Darkrai Event has yet to happen in Japan, and absolutely NOTHING about the Arceus Event has been posted by Serebii or anything, this YouTube guy is making stuff up.

On second thought, he may just be thinking of the Darkrai Event in Japan. I don't know the exact date, but it's coming.
