Well this months challenge is a challenge that all of you should enjoy doing. Spriting up your favorite pokemon! But some of you that are new here might be wondering, what are these so called "challenges". Well like the title states we hold a pixel art competition every month, having a different kind of challenge each month. Then at the end or the month me and some selected judges will rate to see who will be the top 3 for the challenge. Currently we do not have any emblems to award the winners with, but we are working on that. So enjoy the challenge and I wish you luck to do your best!

Im sorry but this looks a lot like a pixel over. I probably should have been more specific but this isnt 100% scratch since you didnt draw the concept art shown here:

You just flipped it and gave it a pixel over. Though some parts seem to be scratch like the tail, it still looks like a pixel over, and not a 100% scratch.
Im sorry but I'll have to disqualify this until you get a 100% scratch design.

This is pretty obviously a pixel over.
If you look at this picture here link its only flipped but almost everything is exactly the same. Except the picture shown in the link was made a year ago.
Again Pixel overs aren't completely scratch since you are only tracing over someone elses artwork. Please make original pieces guys ;;
But anyways.
