I finally have a scanner that works- but it sucks for me because I color SO light...
Well, one of these were hand-drawn while the other was developed digitally;

That Mew is so cute! ^_^ I love the pose. I'd recommend not making it transparent because on dark layouts it leaves a thick white border around it -I'd keep it on a white background or draw a background on the computer. :) Nice detail in the eye!

The Jigglypuff is also very cute! I like the shading and the deep pink you've used. :D It looks a little blurred, perhaps, but other than that it's great!

I'll try to make a background for the Mew (if I can't then I'll just leave it white)
The Jigglypuff is suppose to be slightly blurry (if I didn't add that effect, the picture would be pixel art-- it's like a version of alter-pixel)

This is a non-Pokemon based work of a character that I made up for my *M*L/O-A. His name is DenWidou (Din Wid-Oww).

^I thought the inverted colors made him look better...
